Our story is short, but sweet.We bought our first Shih Tzu "Holly" in Dec. 2004 and fell totally in love with her.By February 2005 we had our second little girl "Bailey".
We knew after these two little girls we were hooked on this breed.Who would have thought that a dog could be so loving,intelligent and so much fun to be with.We were defiantly hooked.
By June of 2005 we were ready for a male that is when we got our little "Benton".Now we had 3 times the Joy and Happiness.We were so happy and these little Shih Tzus brought so much laughter and Joy to our lives that we decided to breed and see just how much more Joy we would have.We knew if they could make us so Happy that surely we could share this kind of Happiness with others .
That is how it began at GGsShihTzus.
These Shih tzus are part of our family and have about as much say in our home as we do. Our babies are born right in our home and most of the time in our hands.They are never left alone , we make sure that we are always right there no matter what time of day or night it is.
Our Vet is only 9 miles away if we need him at any time .And a lot of times he is woke up in the middle of the night if we need his advise or help. We are beside mom at all times, she is never left alone.
You really don't know love until a Shih Tzu owns you.
We have been so BLESSED....And are so Thankful that these Shih Tzus have come into our lives.
Our Shih Tzus are either AKC,APRI,ACA,CKC . Speaking of Adults.
We now have: Liver,Blues,Reds,Silvers,Blacks, Golds,Creams,and Dobys. Speaking of Adults,
When you are ready to pick one of our Shih tzu babies,
I will try to talk as much as possible to you about your family and how this baby will fit in with your lifestyle.I am not trying to be nosey .My main concern for my babies is that they go to Loving,caring,families.
And most of all LOVED.
If I feel my baby will not benefit with you then I have the right to refuse a sale to you. I have to think of these puppies first and make sure they go to very good homes, they depend on me to find them the right forever families.
I will NOT sale to any Experimental Labs, Pet Shops or Stores . I prefer FAMILIES only.
I do recommend that if you are Not planning on breeding your Shih Tzu that you DO have them spade or neutered, as it will only protect and save them from any cancers and or unwanted pregnancies. Please Talk to your Vet about this it is very important.
All deposits are Non Refundable so make sure the puppy you want is truley the one.
If I do Not have a Shih Tzu you like and know of a Reputable Breeder that may have what you are looking for I will be more than happy to refer you to them.
I am available to you if you need questions answered and if I do Not know the answer I will sure try to get one for you.
Always take the advise of your Vet about your baby. He is the Doctor not me.
Also remember when feeding snacks to your Shih Tzu that:Grapes,Raisins,Chocolate,Cocoa,Onions,Macadamia Nuts are very toxic and can be Fatal to him or her.
If in doubt of any food , Don't give it to them ,ask your vet first..........
